A fine art exhibition officially opened in Hanoi on February 1 to celebrate the success of the 13th National Party Congress, the founding anniversary of the Party and the upcoming Tet (Lunar New Year) Festival. |
On display were 167 fine art works in different materials, including oil paint, acrylic, lacquer, silk and sculpting. They were created by 167 paintings, bringing a overall picture of a beautiful, warm and happy spring around the country. This Lunar New Year is the year of buffalo, so many painters highlighted the image of the buffalo for their art works. The exhibits were also greeting cards to the Communist Party of Vietnam for its successful National Party Congress and founding anniversary. The exhibition will run until the end of February 10.
